Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your DovFlex. If something isn't right, we offer a 30-day return policy.

Return window

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days we're unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

• Items must be returned in original condition with all included components (handles, jump-rope cable, and both resistance bands).
• Your order number / proof of purchase is required.

How to start a return

Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return, and we'll send you return instructions.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect — in those cases we'll cover return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you and issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
